Adnams - Crystal Rye
Amber & Hoppy
Adnams used lots of hops from North America – Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo and Citra – because they just love the delicious, big, bold, citrus and pine flavours and aromas they bring to the beer.
To balance out all this hoppy goodness they added Rye, plus some Pale Ale and Cara Malt, to imbue sweetness, body and balance as well as some lovely subtle toffee flavours.
Adnams - Dry Hopped Lager
Golden & Bitter
Brewed with Pilsner malt, this authentic lager is dry hopped with Australian Galaxy hops to add big, fruity hop flavours. Dry hopping allows Adnams to pack more of a flavour punch and adds brilliant hop aromas. This golden lager is light, crisp and refreshing with subtle malty flavours and a super hoppy aroma of tropical fruits, citrus and passionfruit.
Anchor - California Lager
Golden & Malty
Made in San Francisco with two-row Californian barley, Cluster hops and our own lager yeast, this all-malt brew is lager in the brewery's cellars. The golden colour, distinctive aroma, creamy head, balanced depth of favour and smooth finish made it a delicious celebration of California's unique brewing heritage.
Beavertown - 8 Ball Rye IPA
Amber & Bitter
8 ball was specifically designed to match with beef short ribs. It ha s a big tropical hop profile that cuts through the fattiness, but also uses rye in the malt to add a tang and aroma to the beer that helps it stands out. This rye IPA is one of the best things being made in the UK at the moment.
Beavertown - Gamma Ray
Amber & Hoppy
A genre-defining American pale ale, Beavertown's signature beer is all about the hops, and from the moment you crack the beer open you can smell them. Fruity, zesty and floral, every kind of hop aroma is there, dominated by the tropical fruit and citrus. The sweet malt background is light enough to let those massive hops shine throughout the beer, especially n the finish when all those heady aromas come back for a rasping dry finish.
Amber & Refreshing
New York's hometown beer, brewed to a pre-Prohibition recipe that dates back to the days when Brooklyn was the brewing capital of the East Coast. The dry-hopped, fresh, flowery, firm, flavourful, Brooklyn Lager, started in 1988 and has gained in character since. The aroma is malty and sweet, pours a nice orangey copper with a big, long-lasting head and lots of lacing. The taste is more like an IPA than a lager, very clean and refreshing.
Camden Town - India Hells Lager
Golden & Bitter
One of the most exciting new styles to come out of the craft beer revolution, big hoppy lagers or IPLs combine the tropical pine aromas of IPAs with the crisp, light body of a lager. And no one has nailed it like Camden Town. It has a big, juicy, fruit-like aroma and an almost tangy bitter hop bite before a lovely clean, crisp finish. A truly stunning beer.
Sierra Nevada - Pale Ale
Amber & Spicey
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber colour and an exceptional full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavour are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is the flagship beer, the one that made Chico famous.
